1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "devloc," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online betting and casino platform operating at devloc.cam and its associated mobile applications.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses devloc's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created by a registered user on the devloc platform.
• "Services" refers to all online betting, casino gaming, live dealer games, slot games, sports betting, esports betting, and related entertainment services provided by devloc.
• "Website" refers to devloc.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital interfaces.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a user on a game, sporting event, or other betting market offered on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives provided by devloc to users.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" refers to the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, which is the primary currency for all transactions on devloc.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account and use devloc's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. devloc strictly enforces this age requirement and will verify your age through documentary evidence during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian national identification card (KTP).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities or listed on any gambling exclusion register.

2.2 Account Creation Process

When registering for a devloc account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or attempts to create accounts using false information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Complete the KYC verification process by submitting required documentation including government-issued identification, proof of address, and selfie verification.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

devloc is legally required to verify the identity of all users. You must submit the following documents for KYC verification:

• Identity Verification: Clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national ID card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number.
• Address Verification: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document (issued within the last three months) showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your ID card next to your face for identity confirmation.

devloc reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced verification procedures at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

When making deposits to your devloc account:

• All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through approved payment methods including Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account closure.
• devloc does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

When requesting withdrawals from your devloc account:

• Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your verified name that match your KYC documentation.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals under Rp 10,000,000 typically process within 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• Larger withdrawals or withdrawals from newly verified accounts may require additional security verification and can take up to 24 hours to process.
• You must complete at least 1x wagering of deposited funds before withdrawal requests will be approved. This anti-money laundering measure ensures that devloc is not used as a money transfer service.
• Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms. Withdrawals requested before completing bonus wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• devloc reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by devloc are subject to specific terms and conditions:

• Each bonus has specific eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates that are clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry wagering requirements ranging from 5x to 40x the bonus amount depending on the type of bonus and game category (sports betting, slots, live casino).
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10-20%, and sports bets must meet minimum odds requirements (typically 1.50 or higher).
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonuses, typically ranging from Rp 50,000 to Rp 250,000 per bet depending on the bonus type. Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are completed. Attempting to withdraw before completing requirements results in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• devloc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Only one active bonus is allowed per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players, will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, winnings confiscation, and account closure.

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 Sports Betting

When placing sports bets on devloc, including football betting (bandar bola), accumulator bets (mix parlay), and Asian handicap betting (voor bola):

• All bets must be placed before the advertised start time of the event unless the market is specifically designated as live in-play betting.
• devloc reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly if there are concerns about betting patterns, potential match-fixing, or technical errors.
• Bets are settled based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies. Subsequent changes, disqualifications, or overturned results after official settlement do not affect bet outcomes.
• If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets remain valid. If an event is postponed for more than 48 hours or canceled, all bets are void and stakes are returned.
• For accumulator bets, if any selection is void, the remaining selections stand and odds are recalculated accordingly.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will result in void bets and stakes being returned. devloc is not liable for honoring clearly erroneous odds.

5.2 Casino Games

When playing casino games including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games on devloc:

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures that have been independently tested and audited for fairness.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical error, disconnection, or malfunction occurs during gameplay, devloc will make reasonable efforts to restore your session or refund affected bets.
• Irregular playing patterns, suspected collusion with other players, or attempts to exploit game features or technical vulnerabilities will result in investigation and potential account closure with winnings forfeiture.

6. Responsible Gaming

devloc is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices:

• You acknowledge that gambling should be entertainment and not a source of income, and that losses are a possibility.
• devloc provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion options accessible through your account settings.
• If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your life, relationships, or finances, we encourage you to use our self-exclusion features or contact our support team for assistance.
• Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

devloc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions including providing false information, creating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or irregular betting patterns.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward devloc staff or other users.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or other tools designed to gain unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities.

Upon account closure for breach of terms, devloc reserves the right to void all outstanding bets, forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, and confiscate remaining account balance if it represents proceeds from fraudulent activity.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• devloc provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• devloc is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, including losses from technical failures, server downtime, connection interruptions, data corruption, or third-party actions.
• devloc is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by internet connectivity issues, payment provider problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and you participate voluntarily at your own risk.
• devloc's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or use of services shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, text, and other materials on the devloc website and mobile applications are the intellectual property of devloc or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any devloc content without express written permission.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to devloc's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of devloc services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these terms, you also consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to Terms

devloc reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, website notification, or account message. Continued use of devloc services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with amended terms, you must cease using the services and close your account.
